Love this week's MFT Sketch! I created this card with my cousin Nicole in mind ~ she is the youngest of the cousins on my dad's side of the family and she's graduating from High School this spring and will be heading off to college this fall.
I used the following supplies on my card:
Stamps: Graduation Girl PI (MFT)
Ink: Brown, Memento Tuxedo Black
Paper: Gina K CS, SU! CS (Yellow only) Pattern Paper from We are Memory Keepers (Urban Window Collection)
Access: Fishtail MFT Die-Namics, Buttons, Ribbon, pop-dots, copics, corner rounder.

School's Out (well almost!)
Hello friends ~
I decided to play with the latest Riley & Company Blog challenge ~ to celebrate National Teacher's Day (which was May 3rd). In advance, I apologize for the photograph of my card, I finished it after dark this evening ~ couldn't get the right lighting. My School Girl Sophie image was the perfect choice for this challenge. I used some pattern paper from October Afternoon (Report Card & Campfire Collections) along with a coordinating border sticker (also from the OA Report Card Collection). My cardstock is from Gina K Designs, Ribbon is from SU! and I used a spiral clip from Creative Impressions. I also used a SU Open Scalloped Edge punch on the bottom of the card. Sophie was stamped with memento tuxedo black on a MFT Perfect Paper Panel and colored in with copics. I also used pop-dots to pop up the main image over the base of the card. I'm also entering this card in Jessie's Forgotten Stamp Friday Challenge #21. Just love checking out her work!
Thanks so much for stopping by!

Take Me Away (MFTWSC18)
Hello ~
This card was created for My Favorite Things Wednesday Sketch Challenge (#18). It wasn't had to get crafty tonight after coming home from work and finding some new MFT goodies to play with tonight. :) I used Inspired By - Up, Up, and Away for the main images and sentiment. I also used Spellbinders Circle Dies, and one of the new MFT Die-Namics - Decorative Dolly Duo (there are two dies in the set, I used the larger one on my card - which is about 3" at it's widest point). Most of the patterned paper is from My Minds Eye (share from mom ~ always good to have a paper lover within the immediate family!). The pattern paper I used for the balloon is from Echo Park (I think). I used basic Grey Brads, the SU! Horizontal Slot Punch, and the SU! Modern Label Punch (they work really well together as you can see!)
Thanks so much for stopping by!

Happy Mother's Day!
Hello ~
Happy Mother's Day to all moms, grandma's, aunties, sisters and those who are moms to others.......The card I am sharing today is the card I created for my mom this year. I used two sets from Gina K Designs, the coffee cup image is from Mugs and Kisses and the sentiments are from Notes to Mom. I used patterned paper from the Nook & Pantry 6X6 Pad (Basic Grey). The brads are from Basic Grey, and the white fibers are from American Crafts. On the inside of my card, I used another sentiment from Notes to Mom, more Basic Grey Brads, Spellbinders Labels Ten, and the EK Success For Sale Sign Punch. The For Sale Sign Punch is one of my new "favorites". I want to use it on every card I make. :) I got it at Hobby Lobby with a 40% off coupon about 3 weeks ago. Just LOVE it!
Below is a photo of the inside of the card. Thanks so much for stopping by!

Thank You Gift Set
Hello, I thought I would do a quick post tonight so I could share a "thank you set" I created for one of my co-workers this week for Administrative Assistant Appreciation Day (yesterday). I used pattern paper from the Cosmo Cricket Garden Variety Pack to create this gift box and card. The Flower die is from the SU! Occasions Mini Catalog. Seems like I was waiting *forever* to get it because it was on backorder so long, happy to say it was totally worth the wait. There are close up pictures below:

MFTWSC16 - Got Crayons ?
Hello ~
Thought I would try something different for this week's MFT Sketch (#16) and create a crayon/marker box using the new Pure Innocence set "You Color My World". (if anyone wants to fill this box up for me with copics, let me know - hee-hee!) I used patterned paper from the Basic Grey Cupcake Collection, The box is a cover from a SU! Chipboard Album that was leftover in my box of stuff to be altered. The main image is colored with copics/prismas, cut out and popped up on dimensionals. Thanks for looking!
Hugs ~ LJ
