Here it is Open

Now you can see it opened up a little bit ~ the inside of the card is blank....

Backwards Fold Card

Ok, this is the last card with the new SU DSP I have been playing with for the last week. I just love it. For this card, I used the elephant from Whatever Floats your Boat. This is actually a Flap Card (that's what I call it anyways) the right side opens and on the inside there is a matted area where you can write your greeting. The flower holds the card shut. I colored in the elephant with WWC and my blender pen. The blue and white flowers are from Making Memories, the Green Felt Flower is from SU (Flower Fusion). I'll post another pic showing the inside next. :)

Call me crazy, but this new DSP from Stampin Up reminds me of a girls sleepover, It's called Maine Blueberry....So I pulled out Melanie's Little Tees set tonight (by Gina K Designs). and came up with this...The colors are Old Olive, Not Quite Navy, and Bashful Blue. I really love this color combo. I stamped the T on some of the DSP, cut it out, and then stamped the sentiment in Not Quite Navy. I then stamped the bottom half of the T on some coordinating DSP from the same package, and then hand drew in the lines to create the shorts. I used the crop-a-dile to make the hole for the ribbon. I wanted to get the hole in further, but that's as far as it would go (maybe I need the new crop-a-dile???)

Thanks for looking! Have a good night!

So I am passionate about a few things in life, and I have combined two of them together (Stamping and the Wisconsin Badgers) into one card. I made this card using Little Tees (Gina K Designs). The image on the T I pulled off a website, saved it as a .jpg image, sized it up in PrintShop2, and then printed it off on WW cardstock. I then stamped the tee over the image. (had to try this a few times to get it lined up just right). I stamped the "I love" part and then cut the T out and popped it up with dimensionals. The red bling on the border is from Paper Studio (Hobby Lobby).  The Bucky Badger DP I picked up at a LSS here in town.

Can you tell I am ready for football season? The Badgers open August 30th! Go BUCKY!

Another Sketch,,,

Here is another sketch I did for the Verve 1st Anniversary. Again, I used SU True Friend. This was a pretty simple sketch. I am really loving the new SU Scallop Punch. The base paper is Pink Pirouette which is a new SU color for 2008/2009.

Tomorrow I will have a new Little Tee card, and it's related to another favorite hobby of mine...
