Hello Hello!
Welcome to another Tuesday Morning Sketch! Our sketch this week from Melissa features a fun diamond shape! I had so much fun with this sketch - even though it was challenging at first due to the shape of the main image. I ended up flipping the sketch as well. I do not have any diamond shaped dies - so my scan-n-cut 2 came in handy with the set of pre-loaded shapes it comes with.
Stamps: Christmas Magic (GKD) and Christmas Greenery (GKD)
Paper: White (GKD), Red Velvet (GKD), Kraft (GKD), White Polkadot Paper (from scrap stash)
Ink: Cherry Red (GKD) - Tip - I didn't know beforehand if the sentiment would show up well enough on the patterned paper so I stamped it on a smaller scrap first.
Accessories: bling (Paper Studio), Stampin Blend Markers, pop-dots, Lawn fawn Stitched Border Die.
Be sure to check out the inspiration for this sketch from the rest of the fabulous design team - their blog links are to the right of this post.
Thanks for stopping by - Hugs ~ LJ

LJ, you're rocking the sketch challenge... adorable card!
Your card is super cute! Turning the sketch fit your Santa image perfectly and I love the polka dot background.
Wonderful card. I always love it when one of the DT uses the sketch in a different way. Your vertical design shows the versatility of the sketch, and the little Santa fits perfectly in the diamond shape. You knocked this one right on the head!
This sketch looks great rotated to work with your image and that Santa is so stinkin' cute! Love it!
Yikes I love your card, those big polka dots are so perfect on kraft for the background too LJ!!
I like how you flipped the sketch - it works perfectly with that great dsp background! Nice take on the sketch!
I love that you flipped the sketch and created an adorable scene. The little snowhill is great with the bit of stitching. I have that paper and it's great!!
