Hello ~
Here's my October Duel card. Judy sent us the cutest halloween kit this month to play with. I'm a little late this month but found some time over the weekend to play with the kit and create a card with it. I think this mummy is so cute and I love the My Minds Eye papers that were sent!
Our two hostesses (Judy and Paola) wanted us to share some thoughts about Halloween. While Halloween is not one of my favorite holidays - I do enjoy making halloween cards. I like friendly spooks, although you will never see me watching any of the freaky flicks that are out there.
This year will be exciting for me because I actually will be "home" this year. The past couple of years I have been in Arizona on Halloween. It will be fun being around and seeing Tavi dressed up & collecting her treats!
Thanks for stopping by ~ Hugs ~ LJ

Oh, your card turned out great! I love the four square panels. They look so good with the image die cut. Great job on this round of the duel!
Awesome Card LJ--I love the squares of all of the DSP. Perfect to show off all of the wonderful papers that were in the kit.

Hi LJ! Wow! Your DDD October card is outstanding. I love how you used so much of the dsp in all those panels! Hope you have fun this Halloween with Tavi!! Nothing better than seeing those little ones all in costume and enjoying receiving treats!!
LJ, this is a great layout to show off the wonderful papers that Judy sent to you!
Love the image, too cute, and also like how your card sparkles and shines. Very nice!
This is a wonderful card LJ. I really like the layout and it would have worked perfectly for a card I just got done making. Love the lil spider hang down.
