Hello! Hope you all are having a wonderful Monday! I'm off today (my employer is closed - yipee!) so I'm happily at home in my little world of creativity. :)
Today's card is for Moxie Fab World's Inspiration Challenge. The following scrapbook page is to be used for our inspiration:
Here's a few inspirations from the scrapbook page:
- Layout ~ I love the horizontal stripes and the circles off to the side of the layout. I used the circles as my focal points, & incorporated the horizontal strips of DP into the back ground of my card. I tried to basically squeeze the same layout into a card format, and just removed the picture portion of the layout.
- Colors. I tried to keep the same color scheme. I love that the light blue background really makes the rest of the page "pop" so I tried to do the same with mine. I also used the color scheme for my horizontal stripes
- Ribbon - I love the ribbon done horizontally with the paper, so I did the same with mine.
My main floral image is from "Heartily Yours" Gina K Designs, I used part of the image so I could fit it in the circle. The sentiment is from an older SU! Hostess Set, Best Yet,
