Here is my card submission for the December 28th Gina K challenge, "Off Kilter". I used Rupa's Retro Boutique Set for this challenge. I can't wait to play with this set some more, I picked it up at the One of A Kind Rubber Stamp and Scrapbook Expo last month @ Gina's Booth. The full recipe can be found HERE
