Remember the Edelweiss card I made for one of Melanie Muenchinger's Challenges awhile back? I got to thinking, my mom loved that card, because of grandma, so I thought, I should make her a frame with lyrics to the entire song on it for her Birthday (which was just before Christmas). The frame is 5X7 and I did the lyrics on my computer. I stamped the flower images on Rasberry Tart DSP (new from Stampin Up) with Versamark, and then heat embossed them with black embossing powder. Did a little matting, a little ribbon. and it was completed. I really enjoyed making this project, not only because it continued to bring back memories of my grandma, it was something i know my mom will appreciate for years to come. Hugs ~
