TMS #524

Hello Hello!

Welcome to this week's Tuesday Morning Sketch Challenge. This week's sketch is a fun one that incorporates a tag. And it's a bit special to me, as this is the first sketch I have designed as a DT Member with Tuesday Morning Sketches!

I created a fall-themed card with the Stampin Up Gather Together Bundle. I picked this out with my hostess benefits last month.

Here is this week's sketch! I hope you will decide to join us!

Also we have two new Design Team members - Lisa and Kitty  They will be alternating weeks with the rest of the TMS Design Team! Welcome welcome ladies!

Hello Hello!

Welcome to this week's Tuesday Morning Sketch Challenge ! Our sketch this week is designed by Melissa and has a lot of symmetry. It's also a great sketch for using up scraps, which I did by using some of my patterned paper scraps from Tim Holtz! (I did just get the new 2019 Tim Holtz Christmas Paper over the weekend, so you will be seeing some 'new' stuff soon!

Dueling Darlings October!

I have two posts today! If you are looking for my Tuesday Morning Sketch card, please scroll up!

Hello Hello~

It's the 15th of the month again (where did October go, seriously???) so we are sharing our duel cards. Barb and Tracie sent the Dazzlers and Divas a cute Halloween kit! I love the kit Barb sent the Divas (I am a Diva!)  a really cute image and kit, although I struggled with my card design. In the end, I decided to go with the "everything in 3's" approach, so I have 3 patterned papers, 3 ribbons, & 3 buttons! My card is a  5.5" Square.

I'm looking forward to checking out the other Dazzlers and Divas cards this month!

TMS #524 Trick or Treat

Hello Hello!

Welcome to this week's Tuesday Morning Sketch Challenge! After a bit of a break due to work travel (and some fun travel) I'm back. For my fun travel I attended a weekend Graphic 45 retreat and had so much fun. I learned a lot too.  I will be sharing some of the projects in the upcoming weeks!

Anyway this week's sketch was created by Melissa, while it looks a little challenging with the strips, it really isn't that bad! I chose to make a Halloween card (with no stamping!) the patterned paper is from Authentique. The pumpkin is from K&Co and the metal words are from EK Success. I sponged the silver cardstock with some black ink as well.

Here are the measurements provided by one of our DT members, Debbie:

I used Spellbinders A2 Matting Basics, so the mat is 5-3/8" x 4-1/8"

and the patterned paper is 3-7/8" high.It will work with 7 strips going down 1/8" each time from 1" down to 1/4".)

Here is the actual sketch:

Hope you will decide to join us this week! Can't wait to see what other's do with this sketch!

TMS #521 - stopping by to say hi

Hello Hello TMS friends!

I'm here with another Tuesday Morning Sketch Card! Debbie created this fun sketch for us today. I used the retired Stampin Up! set Acorny Thank You and patterned paper from the Carte Bella Fall Market 6x6 Pad that I recently got from Village Paper and Ink (the flagship brick and mortar store/home of Gina K Designs) . The little chipboard elements are from the same collection.

Here is this week's sketch:

DDD - Baby Boy

Hello Hello~

With it being the 15th of the month it's time to have another duel between the divas and darlings. Our hostess this month for the divas is Judy, and we received a baby-themed kit as September is Baby Safety Month! Judy sent us varying patterned papers, ribbons and embellishments so that we could do either a boy or a girl card! I chose to create a baby boy card! The image is from Hanna Stamps (which brought back some memories let me tell ya, I was a huge fan of Hanna Stamps and I still have quite a few sets (including this one)

Here is the inside of my card, I love that Judy sent some fun stickers with the kit this month! I am curious to see who else used stickers on their card! It's something I want to incorporate into my cards more often.
