Happiest of Birthdays
Hello Hello
Today I am sharing my third card for Barb''s Birthday swap this is for the adult female category. I used the SU! Set Birthday Blooms. The inside is lined with an ivory quarter sheet. I think it's always a good idea to line your cards when your base is darker (in this case, I used Gina K Fresh Asparagus for my base)

Yappy Birthday!
Hello Hello!
Today I am sharing a card I created for Barb's Birthday Swap. This one is for the guy/masculine category. The dog & bone image and sentiment are from a Mama Elephant set I got at JoAnn's awhile back. The pawprint sets are from a Kraftin Kimmie Stamps set. Patterned paper is from Paper Studio (Green Chevron) and My Minds eye (Orange Polkadots) I used some chocolate ribbon from Stampin Up.

Gimme Chocolate!
Hello Hello
It's the 15th of the month so it's time for a duel between the divas and dazzlers. Terry S. is our Diva hostess this month, and we have a fun chocolate themed kit! I had fun playing with this kit! I don't make a lot of purple colored cards so this was a challenge for me!
The Dueling Darlings are a group of friends from SCS that swap cards and beyond and formed a new group called the Dueling Darlings! Divided into Group A and B, which wasn't a cool name so we are now the Divas and the Dazzlers, have a montly rotating hostess kit that goes out to make cards! The Divas have one card kit to work with, while the Dazzlers have another! It's fun to see what we "duel" up in cardstock, papers and wonderful images!
You can find the rest of the Divas here:

Hello Hello!
Quck share today for my card I created for this week's My Favorite Things Sketch Challenge!
This sketch was perfect for a retired MFT Halloween Set (Witch Way is the Candy) that is one of my favorites!
The patterned paper is new fro Authentique - Mysterious Collection. I got this paper from a cute stamp store in Galena IL this month! The black twine is from the Doodlebug Designs. I love their halloween assortment
Here is this week's sketch:

September Duel - Gone Fishing
Hello Hello
Here for our monthly Duel between the Divas and Darlings Carol sent us a fun fishing themed kit to play with this month - had a lot of fun coloring this cute little fishing boy image. I fussy cut him out after coloring it and then started to make a little scene for him. I ended up using lots of the patterned paper (there were so many flavors I could just choose one or two). There are 5 patterns if you include the sky. :-) The base of the card is 5.5" square.

Christmas Card Kit!
Hello Hello ~
today I am sharing two cards I made with the July Crazy 4 Christmas kit I received from Tammy in Canada. Typically every other month, we are partnered up with another SCS Swapper and we send them a couple sheets of patterned paper and images to make Christmas Cards from. July is the exception to the rule, where we send our partners full kits - images, paper, ribbon, bling, buttons etc!
I really enjoyed creating with this kit - and I have more leftovers to play with! Thanks Tammy!
