Sc199 Sandy Claws

Now that Halloween is over, I'm on to Christmas and Thanksgiving cards! Yeah! This card I made for mcfadden's Sketch Challenge Swap, in which we were supposed to pick a SCS sketch and use it for our card. I chose SC199. The stamp set is SandyClaws by Gina K.

Lookie what I got!

No, not WitchyBella (although I do love her)!  I have my own watermark. Daiseyfreak (from SCS) dear DH Chris made this watermark for me. OMG when I first saw it I thought "That is sooo me!" The card I made for a swap awhile back, and I don't think I ever got around to posting it on here. Be sure to check out Joy's blog Crazy for Daisies. Chris made her the coolest signature (he's quite the computer techie wizard!)  And Joy is an awsome stamper.....she makes the cutest stuff (and is the queen of winning stamping challenges).

Frosty Day Tags

Good evening all ~ 

Just wanted to do a quick post to night and show you something I have been working on for a SCS swap, this is the tag for Kate's Holiday Tag and Bag swap. I'm making 11 of these tags.  the snowflake is a nestability die that I Picked up at HL with my 40% off coupon recently. I so love the fact these can be layered. 

Ok, I'm off for the evening, got one more 10-hour day to go and then a four-day weekend. :) Scott is coming from Milwaukee to visit as it's Homecoming weekend for the UW and we are going to a few badger sports events Saturday (football and hockey) So I'll try to post at least Friday and Sunday :) 

And a quickie note on a new discovery this morning on the non-stamping side of life, I found out that Starbucks has the most wonderful Hot Chocolate! :) I have a feeling I am going to making a stop there on these colder fall mornings to get a little warm-up....

Little Witchy

Today I decided to pull out a cute little card kit from a SCS swap I joined recently. The image is "little witchy" from Stampingbella. Isn't she cute? This was such an awsome card kit I received! The images, DP, Ribbon, Brads!!!! It all coordinates so well!  I added some of my own black to the card. I colored in the image with my SU Markers.

LSC190 Mod Reindeer

I decided to try Friday's limited supply challenge on SCS which we could use the following:

~ Stamps and Cardstock

~ 1 single sheet of DP (if double sided use one side)

~ Eyelets

~ one kind of Ribbon

~ incorporate blue into the card.

~ No punches, Cuttlebug, Nesties, etc.

WSC62 - Beate's Sketch

Hello! 

Here is the card I made for Beate's weekend sketch challenge, using "A Year of Flowers" (Gina K Designs). The base of the card is a 3.5 X11 piece of Elegant Eggplant folded in half. I haven't made a card this size in awhile. The flowers were stamped with Jet Black Stazon, and colored in with SU Watercolor Wonder Crayons using a Blender Pen.
