Celebrate Summer Swap

Hello there ~

Getting closer to summer here, finally.....Although I was wondering if we were going right back to fall this weekend. It was BRRR chilly and windy ~ I needed a winter hat when I was outside.....So Saturday night I warmed up a bit by working on my swap card for Barb's Celebrate Summer. I used a Stamping Bella stamp and sentiment - this is Surfer Fella. I stamped the image with Memento Tuxedo Black on Gina K white and colored it in with my copics. My color combination is So Saffron, Not Quite Navy, and Kiwi Kiss. The patterned paper is from My Minds Eye - Good Day Sunshine Collection - Beach Huts. I think this paper is so cute!  The patterned paper is double-sided, so what you are seeing is both sides of the paper on my card. I also used some twine, a silver brad, and the SU! Word Window Punch. The sentiment was stamped with Not Quite Navy SU! Ink.

What Women Want...

Hello! This is my card for BarbaraLynn's "What Women Want" Swap. I used one of my bella stamps for this swap card. Her dressed is DP, and I used some Rockabilly SU DSP (black stripes), and some white DP that has BLING on it that I received as a RAK from Kate (Celestial_Stamper) on SCS. The sketch I used was Mercy's sketch from last Tuesday (4/13). thanks for looking!
